President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy commented on the expansion of sanctions related to Russian aggression.
In his evening address, the head of state mentioned the consequences of the missile attack on the Dnipro. He pointed out that among the 30 dead is a 15-year-old girl, the fate of more than 30 people remains unknown.
“I think it is right that today there is a decision to expand our sanctions against citizens of Russia and other persons who help terror. Almost 200 – this list is carefully prepared, and behind each surname there is a responsible motivation. Those who justify terror. Those who grease the Russian propaganda machine. Those who tried to sell Ukraine somewhere in Moscow. This audience will receive a complete list of personal restrictions,” Zelenskyi said.

He added that Kyiv will work on the implementation of anti-Russian sanctions “on the maximum possible scale” in Europe and the world.
“The responsibility for terror will be shared by everyone: both those who kill and those who help to kill. The work of the NSDC on the sanctions lists continues, and the following decisions will be made soon,” the president announced.
Earlier on Friday, President Volodymyr Zelenskyi put into effect NSDC sanctions against almost two hundred Russian citizens.
They were included in the list of sanctions: singers Iryna Allegrova, Larisa Dolina, Victoria Daineko, citizen of Ukraine, TV presenter and director Zhanna Badoeva, singers Pylyp Kirkorov, Dmytro Bilan, Oleksandr Buynov, TV presenters Dana Borisova, Yana Rudkovska, actors Dmytro Dyuzhev, Dmytro Kharatyan, music critic and journalist Serhiy Sosedov , as well as other propagandists and so-called Russian “militants”, etc.
In addition, sanctions were introduced against Diana Panchenko, a former Ukrainian TV presenter who is currently filming propaganda videos in the occupied territories.
